Chile has a rich tradition of folkloric music with roots of Spanish tradition as well as Mexican and Argentine influences. It can be said to mostly borrow from the Chilean culture. They have a national dance called cueca and another form of Chilean song is the tonada.
Has the music industry of Chile seen any modern advancements and how often are cultural festivals held in Chile. Can I sample their music online?
