I will retire in about 18 months,I'm thinking to move to Panama or Chile, Panama have a very good incentive for U.S. retirees,I need to know if Chile have something similar to that progarm,please help me out to makeup mi mind,my retirement will be about $2000 with a family of three,will be enough to live in chile?. The pensionado program in Panama offer a variaty of disscount ie:trans,movies,medical,restaurants,hotel you name it they got it from 50% to 15%. If you have any information on this matter please let me know,i pretty sure they are a lot of people out there asking themself the same question. Thanks!

For what you say about Panama I do thank you.

However, I am also interested in learning about Chile.

2000 a month you can live like a king in chile depending on what you like But I lived in Renaca In a beautiful condo swimming pool and right on the beach for less that 1200 a month for everything . That was my wife and I . But teh condo was a 3 bedroom

You could live real good actually on 1000 a month in Chile
