- A golf course nearby - Changjiang Agile Golf Course, a National Top Ten Golf Course as ranked by China Golf Association. The project has convenient access to the course.

looking at moving to zhongshan guangdong- long story but the short version is i am to be married- so i need a place..

there are things about china that make NO sence to me- like the average wage is 1000 yuan for labor- so when i was looking for a house i was finding 2800- 10000 rmb a month rent...

is this normal rent for this place???

Hi, I have an apartment in La Cite Greenvilla in Zhongshan City, near the Changjiang Tourist Spot. The apartment has three bedrooms, one living room, one dining room, toilets and two balconies. It's furnished and brandnew, which means you're the first guy to be lived in. Rent is 1500RMB per month. Property management fee, electricitya and water are not included.
