This is a rear find for people who are looking for mid to long term accommodation in GuangZhou. Very Clean, safe apartment It is located next to the prestigious Sun Yet San University, 5 mins walk from a subway station, and about 15 bus lines. The landlord is easy going, well educated and speaks English. It also comes with 24 hour security, and high speed internet at only 70 rmb a month. Whats worth mentioning about this area is, the people are very friendly and security is unquestionable. Plus, "Park and Shop" a very large supermarket is located only 2 mins away, with every imaginable product. To put it simply, you will feel right at home, not to mention very affordable!

This is a 1 bedroom apartment, comes with a kitchen and a fully renonvated bath room, and appliance like air conditione, stove, fridge, hot shawer, TV with cable, sofa, bed. just bring your clothes and move in!

Apartment status:
