Sale reason: Owner wants to spend less time traveling.

The factory price is reflective of many details that can be discussed further. One million, five hundred thousand USD ($1, 500, 000) is the price.

Yes, I am the owner (Wholly Foreign Owned Entity-WFOE) of the business, the licenses, the property and all the appropriate paperwork for the remaining time of my contract with the Chinese government. That time period will expire in 45 years. At that time it is to be re-assessed with the Chinese laws in effect at that time. Basically I purchased a 50 year lease that could be more, but only a 50 year guaranteed time.

My sales are all exports to other countries (England, Holland, Finland, USA). There is a possibility of taking over the factory as it is with the current customer base as well as the designs we have developed. The flexibility you have is that these 3 acres of land can be used for other business production or that you could develop more furniture production. The space is available.

My workers and management team can stay if you desire.

The reason I am willing to sell is to travel less often. I wish to be at home more and am even willing to buy from the new owner to accomplish that desire.
