i live in the U.S. and i'm planning on visting combia. but at the same time i don't why because i think that you cant live in anther place then the one you are used to. i would like you to send me an e-mail about the fantastic places there. i would like to hear from you please let me know i fshould or not visit and to stay and live there.

Cartagena is stupidly overpriced.Anywhere else, not too safe for foreigners.I have just spent months there.Bogota was too cold and not for me also, santa marta and sorrounds was filthy, and the environment was totaly polluted and not pretty..hope this helps.

Manizales, it is very clean , safe and not turisty. I love it and have lived here now for 3 years! Its not hot nor cold here. You should check it out! It is in the Caldas district, the coffee capital.
