I have an apartment for sale in the Rodadero. The apartment is fully furnished in a second floor, and big enough for two people to live comfortably. It is A/C ready, fully furnished, marble/granite floor, 2 bedrooms, living/dining, 2 full bathrooms. The asking price is 35K with some room for negotiating. It is close to the Olimpic supermarket and within walking distance to the beach (not beachfront).

I am travelling to Cali in November'07 and i would love to find a paying guest accomodation with a local family. Is that possible and if so, how much would i have to shell out? Alternatively, can i rent a single bed rrom apartment at modest rates??
