I am a public school teacher in Florida who would like to relocate to Samara Beach.
Here's my idea: I would like to rent a small store in a tourist area where I would sell used English language books and also give Englsh lessons. I am TESOL certified.
How hard is it to get a residence/business permit? How much would I pay to rent a space suitable for a small book store with an additional space to teach one-on-one, or very small classes?
Any ideas?
