Help with the many problems in country relocation. Imm problems Res. problems drivers license looking for a safe palce to live and many other of the problems faced when moving into a new country and culture

Dr. Nichols,
I am relocating in June to Costa Rica. I spent three years in Patagonia, so this is not my first expat experience. I am trying to link up with some bilingual individual in San Jose, who would be willing to act a a guide and companion for a week or a month to show me around. I am on a fixed incom but can probably cover transportation, meals and miscellaneous expenses.
Any advice
