When I was in Costa Rica we took a tour of the National Museum and National Theater. Theses may be considered landmarks. You also may check to see if the University is considered a landmark.

If you are unhappy with your school assignments complain to your school board. Are they too easy? Tell me your school board Presidents name and email and I'll request they make your schooling more difficult so you learn more.
