I don't think for the most part it will have any effect on his travels. The exeption may be if he is planning to go the Quepos, Parrista area. Some residents of that area may have more specifics to report here.

The rest of the country was shook up a bit, but not damaged.

Iam very curious to know how such an enormous expenditure of government funds could be allocated to improve bostons travel inconveniences and have no shame that one two car accident would shut it down.i have a tendency to believe that only senator kennedy along with kerry could get the go-ahead on such a costly and yet TO BE PROVEN ANOTHER FIASCO BY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT ITS LIKE TO BE SUBMERGERED UNDERWATER IN AN AUTOMOBILE BUT MIRACULOUSY SURVIVE ALONE .WHAT I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW IS OTHER THAN SHOWING THEIR ABILITY TO BLOCK FEDERAL JUDGESHIPS WHY IS MICHIGAN WITHOUT REPRESENTATION FOR ONE AM TIRED OF THIS BI-PARTISANSTALEMATES YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, SO DO SOMETHING OR GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY.THANK YOU AND CANT WE ALL JUST GET ALONG AND JUST STEAL OUR SHARE.
