My name is Robert Barras and I building a tight, affordable community

in Playa Bejuco on the central pacific coast of Costa Rica. The

community is located 15 kilometers south of Playa Jaco and 7

kilometers north of Paritta. The community itself is 250 meters from

the beach, and all lots are titled.

Our lots are affordable, beginning at $28,000.00 and ranging in size

from 350 m2 to 700 m2. Our new home construction starts at $28,000

for a 900 square foot, 2 bed/1 bath home. We are also offering

attached double unit condominiums for $49,500. We are building under

the Condominium Law so we are offering a security wall, guarded

access, community pool, bar-b-q area and so forth.

Hello.. I looked at the website listed. Have the prices gone up from $28 K to $75 K.. and the home prices also...
