I have a beautiful home located in El Cajon de Grecia just 12 minutes from the town of Grecia. The property is 1 1/3 acre. My home is 450 sq meters (4, 800 sq ft under roof). 4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, large kitchen with walkin pantry, inside laundry room with deep sink, Great room and family room, internet access, Dish Network TV and Sky TV, Two phone lines, and lots of patio. We also built an Apartment on the property with a 2 car garage attached that you could you for extra family, friends, maid, car taker or even rent it out. Then we have an outside Jacuzzi that is located inside a cover cabina so you can use it year round but it is open to all the wonderful views. And if thats not enough we also built a Ranchito that has a 1/2 bath attached, bar and barbeque area, inside area where I keep an extra Frig and lots of extra cabinets for storage.
