What types of ammenities does condo life give you. I have found a brand new, huge condominium in Jaco and don't know too much about Condo life. Can't you buy, but then you have to pay a month payment for the land?

Condos are much like apartments. They have someone that will take care of maintenance like painting and repairs. Some take care of things like plumbing, heating, and air. Usually there is a monthly maintenance/rental fee.
