Skylynx Broadband Internet in Costa Rica?

A while back I read some news reports (which I can't find in Google now) about Skylynx offering high speed wireless internet in Costa Rica. Is anyone using this service? Does anyone have any details?

Their webpage makes reference to the wireless backbone, but avoids the ISP issues.

HELP!
