John Howells:Love your Costa Rica books.Your writing makes me want to vacation there.It looks inviting to relocate as I'm re-tiring in 6 months.To get a taste of the country , on our first visit, which cities would you recommend? I'm thinking somewhere on the Nicoya Peninsula or the Pacific coast for half of our trip.(We love the beach & snorkeling but also want to explore other things).The other half I'm thinking about the Central Meseta to try to get a feel of Costa Rica for possible relocation or 4 month vacations annually.I know you stress that you are not a travel agent and you really dont want to recommend any hotel, etc.but Costa rica is pretty big & somewhat confusing.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Dave & Darlene Harvey Akron, oh.USA
