Trying to find grandfather

Hello,
I'm trying to locate my grandfather. He lives in Costa Rica (has for 22 years) and I suddenly stopped hearing from him via e-mail. His name is Leo Wilcox and he lives somewhere outside of San Jose.
If anyone has any information about him or can provide his phone/address informatino, I'd very much appreciate it.
