my mom , who died yrs ago, used to make mush (zgance) thatwas completely different - it was real dr and huge lumps - it was nottheconsistency of polenta- we would eat itwith fried chickenlivers poured over the mush- mush was hard and delicious- I"ve tried and can't make it. Any help? my mom came to Americafrom Karlovac in 1915
