I am a lawyer based in Tenerife, Spain but with 10 years experience in Cuban matters. I would be pleased to answer any questions on Cuban real estate.

At the moment I have a client wishing to sell a 1 bed luxury apartment in Miramar registered in a BVI offshore company (registered owners are private). My client is willing to sell the apartment or I am prepared subject to numbers to set up a legal scheme to enable enable a group to buy specified weeks' use of the apartment.

To all of the people that are interesting to buy in Cuba properties.

Dont trust no body in that.No body in Cuba cant sale properties they are belong to the goverment in Cuba since they make a law name it Reforma Agraria.Cuba is not for sale is belong to the goverment and the cubans that living in. They have to pay rent to the goverment every month.The goverment in Cuba they takes away the properties from the owners since they make a law name it
