At the moment, no private foreigner can purchase property i.e. condo, house, etc. based on the current laws in Cuba...so keep on dreaming, and planning your future trips to the resorts or casas particulares.

Ola! Everyone wants to live in Cuba! So small island can not accomodate all! Forget about it. At least till Castro is in this world and his brother will be following his policy.Come as a tourist.

You cannot buy property iun Cuba, despite what you have been told.

I had two Cuban friends working on my behalf for two years trying to find a property or a loophole, regardless it (the deed) would never be in a fireigners name.
