| At the moment, no private foreigner can purchase property i.e. condo, house, etc. based on the current laws in Cuba...so keep on dreaming, and planning your future trips to the resorts or casas particulares. |

| You cannot buy property iun Cuba, despite what you have been told. I had two Cuban friends working on my behalf for two years trying to find a property or a loophole, regardless it (the deed) would never be in a fireigners name. |
