hi I am interest in buying a ocean front land in cuba. as I saw if we inform every other we can avoid being ripped of by cubans or those agences .who else ever intrest in buying a land in cuba send me email or we can talk on the msn ,I am actually planing a trip to cuba to see prices and places to finalize it .

i am romanian citiezen and as far as i know cuba has a pretty open minded and friendly attitude for romanian people. the point is that i intend also to buy some land in havanna and or some nice places.

as far as i know they do still have a restrictive policy like romania did it 17 years before

can somebody help me with more informations to know how i can not be cheated, fooled and ripped by some guys over there? i do not trust real estate agencies so please do not try to intermedeiate or make me oofers.
