I am wanting to purchase a Bar or small restaurant near to Paralimini i have funds available and am erady to purchase now. Anything considered but preferably either in catering or water sports.

We moved to cyprus 1 year ago, bought a bar and restaurant and had nothing but trouble. many bars have illegal extentions etc. and licences are hard to get unless you meet new EU standards. Do not consider a bar without disabled access and toilet unless it can be put in as from 2007 it is compulsary. there are many bars and restaurants for sale because of this reason.

we have now sold our bar. there are many sucessful business opportunities in cyprus. my friend runs Hotspring portable spas shop (www.hotspringcy.com) he has sold 42 spas in paralimni area in 6 months.

To Whom It May Concer, regarding the posting restaurant

in Cyprus Protoras to buy. I think I can help you.

The boys across the road from me are wanting to sell their

local taverna. It is situated in a prominent and up and coming resort-Pernera. Their is a massive development taking

place just behind this restaurant and is only 150m walk to the sea front. Their are plenty of hotels including a few 5 Star Hotels. This authentic restaurant has an idylic atmosphere and has a supply of regular customers mostly British expats.

I know they have all the necesary leagal documentation (licences etc.) If you are interested please get in touch with me as soon as possible as I know they will be listing it soon with the Eastate Agents and perhaps you can avoid all commissions if you make a private sale with them.

hi mate just launched a new bar in pernera no food just a chill bar very high spec if your still looking this is up and coming and we intend to open all year the winter will be very busy more info if intrested, cheers glen

I have run bars in the uk and am looking to move out to famagusta area in the south east of cyprus and would like to know if anyone has any tips and good news storys on how their move has gone and how business is going, I am fully aware tourism has been down massivly since 2004 as i used to live out there but if anyone has got tips or advise i will be very greatful to here from you, also if you know of any oppurtunities in the area please let me know. i also have a youn daughter and understand the schools in paralimni are very good if you have any further info please let me know
