Seeking an English and French speaking/writing I.T. Helpdesk Support Specialist

Position is based in Sosua, Dominican Republic

Hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central Time except United States Bank Holidays (Presently set at 10 holidays per year). Will handle all support calls, email and other forms of support

communication, in addition to the study, test, analyze as required, plus the added time as required for translation services, forums, documentation and new server pack testing, publish news for new documents

published or new patches or service pack published, answer to forums post, publish how-to and tutorials, etc.

Optionally in exchange for part of the salary an furnished studio apartment can be included
