I am looking for the ecuadorians paintings (or at least the original artist's name) of trains in the sky with balloons and such in bright colors

Hello, I was just in Ecuador and I saw several of these paintings. I wish I had bought one! I wrote down the name of the artist, however. It is L. Quinga. I do not know if this is the original artist or if these are copies. They were being sold fairly cheaply. I really should have bought one. Anyway, I hope this helps you!
