To whom it may concern. We are looking for a large parcel of land to develop into a community and resort. This land must have beach front and have easy access to the land from major and small airports.

depending on what area of the ocean you'd like to be in, there is lots to choose from. i like the areas between puerto lopez and montanita as you can attract tourists looking for nice beaches to swim and surf in along with tourists looking to whale watch (closer to puerto lopes). i bought an oceanfront house in the Olon area and there is quite a bit of land available for sale around there with beachfront access. i will be going back down to ecuador to close on my house sale in mid-july.

I have a large parcel available (107.5 hectares) right near Olon. It's not beachfront, but only about one KM from the beach, with ocean views - and priced at only $1 per square meter (beachfront in this area is currently around $40 per square meter).
