Hi! I want to evaluate whether it is worth moving to Cairo from Dubai. what is life like whether it is
1) Cost of living - is it an expensive or a moderate country
2) How much rent does one pay to stay in a good 2 bedroom house in a good locality
3) Can women drive or move freely without wearing a abaya?
4) Is it cosmopolitan life like Dubai?

1. Egypt is not an expensive country in comparison to Europe. I would consider it a moderate country.
2. Foreigners feel comfortable in Maadi. Maadi has a large expat community. Rents vary from $1000 going up.That's for a two bedroom apartment that's well furnished.
3. Women can drive and don't have to wear a abaya.
