There is no entertainment in El salvador , unless you call shooting at others and and being shot at , entertainment.

there are a few theateres, soe malls where the mall rats hang out, you could eat the only local cuisine its called papusa, make sure you have a strong stomach

You could also hang out at a couple of pretty primitive , dirty black sand beaches

however some of the people are really great
