Hi,

My name is Lee and I plan on movng to the San Salvador are within the next few months. I'm looking for something on/or as close as possible to the beach. I don't have unlimited funding so, as reasonable as possible as well. If anyone has info they wouldn't mind sharing concerning real estate and relocating in general, I would appreciate it.

HELLO LEE MY NAME IS KARINA AND BOTH MY PARENTS ARE FROM EL SALVADOR I HAVE BEEN THERE PLENTY OF TIMES MY PARENTS HAVE A HOME IN CIUDAD ARCE ABOUT 45MINS AWAY FROM SAN SALVADOR IF I MAY GIVE YOU SOME ADVISE I LOVE THE COUNTRY BUT SAN SALVADOR IS NOT THE SAFEST PLACE TO MOVE IF MOVING TO EL SALVADOR TRY TO FIND A LITTLE VILLAGE WERE EVERYONE KNOWS EVERYONE AND THEY LOOK OUT FOR ONE ANOTHER BUT THEN AGAIN IT WILL BE YOUR CHOICE I HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR LIFE IN EL SALVADOR BECAUSE IT IS A GREAT PLACE..

well I just want to say El-Sal is not as Dangoures as people make it out to be, Iv been many of times and not once have I had a problem with anyone, I would recomend Atami, it is one of the cleanest places in El Sal its in between La Libertard and Sunzal. Atami is a gated comunity with weekly trash pick ups and access to a comunity pool and reastaurants. Its Approximately 45 min from comolapa thats where the International airport is located.

Atami is a private, gated, oceanfront residential community with 24 hour security, located about 10 kilometers west of La Libertad in El Palmar, it is right on the beach of Palmarcito.
