I am considering purchasing a property in Uulu as an investment for the long term. Can anyone advise if this is or is not a good idea.

long term is good idea. Especially just now. For example land prices start from 10 euro/square meter. Interest to purchase is high and this is depending to higher prices.

Yes. I have activities in both fields.

Todays prices for land in this district are up to 23.33 euro/sq.meter. Possibilities to arise are minimal.

Investors are gathering money back.
