The compound has a beautiful garden and lots of flowers.

It is well furnished

Easily accessible to the roads and public transportation.

The house will be let either as a guesthouse or for rent.

Guesthouse services include shuttle-twice a day if required.

For an additional payment and request, meals will be included

Price is negotiatable ranging between 550-600USD/Month or guesthouse for USD30-40/day.
