have a plot of land about 500sq Meters for sale in Ayat Village (Zone 5)which is close the CMC area in Addis Ababa. This land has 3 service rooms built on it with a nice fence and gate. It's right by the new ring road which is being built at the moment that stretches from Bole area.

Price = $190 USD/sq meter

I also have a 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom villa (294sq Meters) for sale in the same Ayat village (Zone 2). It has some nice front yard with 3 service room in the bank and also parking space for two cars.

Price = $140, 000 USD

Would you, please, tell me how much would an apartment cost over there? ( I mean an apartment in a clean, safe and not noisy place, one or two bedrooms, regular water supply, hot shower, well equipped kitchen, furnished or no, etc).
