I am looking to rent a Villa in Addis Abeba. I have been to Addis Abeba and understand the economics of Ethiopia. I would like to pay no more than 1200 birr per month. I am willing to pay a reasonable finders fee for a quality villa.

We are tour operator in Dubai working with Ethiopia more than 10 yrs back I would like to have info reg. the villa’s rent as we have many families now would like to have villa with the service more than hotels so I have an a booking now for 3 bed rooms villa in Boli road area from 15 Jan till 28 if you could give us some offers and villa’s images as I’ve been in Addis many times .also we need the coaster bus service by day and the all the details. No .of pax 9 adults 4 children.

Our company is exploring an option of opening a office at Addis in Ethiopia. I am looking for a villa, which can serve as office cum guest house. Our preferred area is inside of Bole Road, however we are flexible to other safe areas in Addis. We need about 5 bedrooms along with kitchen and related facilities on rent. I am moving to Addis in August 2008. I would like to rent a house in a safe , secure neighbourhood in Addis for a long period of time. I will be working for an international organization. Could you please give me an idea of the price I can expect to pay per month for a fully furnished 3 bedroom, two bathrooms.
