I am really looking for a small farm for raising animals and growing some vegetables. With this description:

1- 3 Acres (12, 000 square meters).

2- On a main road.

3- Water frontage or at the back of the land.

4- With electricity and city water.

5- Deed free and clear.

6- Completely fenced.

7- On level land.

8- Freehold.

9- Trustworthy management in my absence and their fee.

10- What type of tax(s) am I required to pay?

11- Does the property require insurance?

12- In a good area and within reasonable distance of a city.

13- Reasonable price.

I want to know the price of the farm and the cost of the paperwork, and how long it takes to transfer the land to my name. I want to know the government laws and regulations for foreigners owning a farm in Ethiopia. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for let me use your service.
