looking for good house unfurnished with 3 bed rooms washroom and kitchen in addis ababa. Rent priod for one year renewable. Location should be in safe secured area for childern..Term of payment will be paid in two installments i.e every six months in advance. maximum monthly payment to paid is 3500 Birr.
