This dish, a spicy sauteed mixture of liver and tripe and other ingredients is absolutely wonderful....and I wish I could make it at home. Can anyone help me obtain a recipe? I have mitmit and can get injera. I can find lots of descriptions of this dish on the Internet, but no actual recipe. Thanks in advance.
