I visited Fiji a few months ago. At the resort was a painting on silk which I liked very much. The signature was very hard to read but I think it said "Mureova 2001"

Can anyone provide any information about this artist?

I'm guessing it was my artwork you saw at that resort in Fiji. I live in Nadi, Fiji, and paint on both traditional barkcloth and natural silk. My website www.art-sigavou.com features some of my work. I have just purchased an original painting signed and dated as above and have 'googled' the artist only to be given the information that this is a one-handed quite famous fijian artist but thats it. I would love to know more about the artist etc COULD ANYONE SHARE THEIR KNOWLEDGE WITH ME OR DIRECT ME SOMEWHERE THAT MIGHT HELP?
