Hi,My mum and I live in New Zealand and we would like to shift to Fiji, we have been looking at living in Suva or Nadi. I have been to fiji twice and my mum has been 7 times, I am interested in going to International School Suva, We have looked at many real estate sights, but they don't seem to offer much information. Could anyone offer us any advice about accommodation in Suva or Nadi that is reasonably priced? Thanks Sade`

Hello Sade, Firsly, Obviously you are confused as to where to live, Suva or Nadi ! Both have their advantages and disavantages. Suva is a city with a big expatriate population and offers many forms or entertainment and groups. However, the weather in Suva is mostly wet. It affects your lifestyle, depending if you like to indulge in outdoor activity. ON the other hand, Nadi's weather is fantastic, mostly always sunny with heavy afternoon downpours in the wet season. Nadi is not a city, but is growing up to be very inviting to locals and tourists. Many developments are currently in process. There is a big expatriate population, although not as many as Suva. And International School is also based in Nadi, so you wont miss out on your education. In regards to accomodation, you need to decide what type of accomodation you want. You can view the classifieds of the Fiji Times Online edition, there you will find housed/flats to let and also real estate agents. I hope i have been helpful • Page 1 (Original Post) •
