We rent our villa in Italy during autumn and winter. The villa is in Sabina, a very suggestive area close to Rome. During winter the temperature doesn't go usually below zero degrees. You will be very close to Rome and to some of the most beautiful Italian towns: we are in the middle between Napolo and Firenze, with Orvieto, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Spoleto, Perugia at less than two hours by car. The villa is in stones and wood, in a 5 hectars olive trees property, just in front of Farfa Abbey. At 15 minutes by car, you may reach the local train to go Rome (45 minutes).
