would like to buy a 2-3 bedroom home 2 bathrooms, near surfing beach. I like playa negra, avellanas, playa azul, samara areas.

Costa Rica would be the nice place for property. I had looked at before few months ago, but currently i don't want to move to there, as Tampa has good market in second homes. I would like to have a property there but after subprime effect gets over.

I have noticed over the years that many property buyers leave costa rica unsuccessfully because they could not understand the marketplace and did not find anyone to show them via email and physically.

I have been successfully guiding a "for buyer" and consulting service for a number of years and am available.
