I'm staying in a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in the cantoment disctrict (safe residential): fully furnished w/ kitchen laundry, 2 bathrooms, a/c. more importantly it has: water reserve, backup generator, unlimited internet. pictures in this link:

Im looking for flatmates to share the cost. If shared between 2 people: $50/person/day. If shared between 3 (the master bedroom & bath is spacious with a king sized bed): $35/person/day. The accomodation is as good as any 4 or 5 star hotel and is even cheaper with everything it includes. (ex. a night at frankie's 3 star hotel is $70/day, without internet)

Housing is not cheap in accra and it was a struggle to find this place. If anyone's interested pls post a message.
