I have some relatives born in Gibraltar (& possibley Spain)

Does anyone know where the Parish records & the Birth/Marriage/Death records are kept in Gibraltar ?

Any online history/genealogy resources for the Cadiz & Gibraltar area would be most useful.

Names of Interest:

Polinea/Paulina/Paula Gonzalez/Gonzales (married James Mead from Limerick, Ireland in c1874)born Gib.

Margret Mead 1875 born Gib.

Emily F. Mead 1879 (location born unsure)

Ida/Ada Louisa Mead 1886 born Portsmouth, Hampshire UK - may have gone back to Gib.

Isabella Gonzalez/Gonzales (location born unsure) - this might be Polinea's second name or a sister?

Hi there...i am the daughter of geneveva olivero...she was married to my dad harry wood from england.She was born in Gibraltar around december 24th 1939 and her parents were louis olivero and hortencia gomez.......does this ring any bells with anyone ....would love to find out who my ancestors were in Gib.....many thanks, maria teresa annand.u.k.

Looking to find out if this individual died in Gibraltar about 1888.

My records seem to indicate a Catherine born about 1841 who was spanish married a Charles Harris born in England about 1839. They had Henry born about 1862 in Malta and Jane Catherine born about1864 in Malta.

They then had Charlotte E born about 1866 in Quebec and Emily Matilda born about 1868 in Ontario.

They are on the 1871 census living in Thedford, Lambton, Ontario, Canada.

They did have Frederick John Harris born in 1873 or 1875 in Thedford who stayed in that area until 1918 and was married at least twice but widowed and divorced by 1920.

Everyone disappeared after that.

I am trying to trace information on her parents and as much info as I can

I am seeking my cousin Thelma, surname Cippolina, Cipolena, or Chipolena. We are not sure of the spelling. She is the daughter of my uncle Selby Read and was born in or around 1942.
