The media have said that over 5 million olive trees were lost over recent years to forest fires in Greece.

Without the adoption my olive grove will not be tended properly as I am now retired and cannot afford farm labour, so this is not for profit. Thank you.

Adopt an Olive Tree project has been abandoned due to lack of interest.
Free house-sitting available July-august 2009 for your home in the county of Messinia in south Peloponnese, Greece, for my visit to Koroni this trip.
