Bought a property on Samos this year, lots of work needed on the house, hoping to go 2007 to do the work. Is there anyone out there who is doing the same, or could just help with ots of unanswered questions.

Dear John
Read with interest your plans to live on Samos. After a wonderful walking holiday last year, I am planning on doing the same. I would appreciate knowing of any good contacts/propery finders you may know. I am planning to visit in the spring.

Hi all, I bought a house on Samos in 2006 as I am half Greek and want to retire there asap. It's a great place, but a bit too small for all the things we need to take. We are currently buying a villa in Pythagorion and are selling the littls house fully furnished. Any info' on the island, contacts etc, please let me know, or if you want details on the house.
