3-DYEING

Our capacity of dyeing for knittedfabrics in 25 tons/day.Tubular print and yarn Dyeing is also availdole in our plant.

Regarding production capacities we can produce around 400000garments/month , as follow :

� Our technical team travel to the manufacturers with samples and patterns, supervise and approve the technological process, all these starting from receiving the fabrics and trims till delivery of ready garments

� The high quality and keeping the delivery dates made to maintain a long and strong relation with our foreigner clients. As well because of our professional team and because of respecting the payment terms we could make a long lasting relation with manufacturers.

� For keeping a good quality of production for each style we respect the following steps for all clients:

Checking the number of parcels for every order and comparing with transport documents (invoices, packing list), making the reception of fabrics, trims, samples, patterns and technical files according with delivery notes , invoices and dockets. All these information are transferred to a paper called Reception sheet where makes more easy for us to compare what we received, what we need, and the difference of both. Than we make an Assorting sheet (for fabrics and trims) and checking the patterns according with technical files (make up comments for every style and dockets)

Checking the dimension of preproduction samples (1 small size, 1 middle size and 1 biggest size) and grades according to dimension specifications and all these before to start cutting . If there we found any problems we fill out a paper called Sample report

Checking the quality of 10% of fabric and we sort the rolls of fabric by width and batch, using a correct layout

Checking the costing by creating a marker according to ratio/sizes and width of fabric rolls, and after that we fill out a paper called Final cutting report. After that we check again the needed trims for cut quantity in order to establish minuses/pluses and stocks

We send the production samples checked by us, the number of it and sizes which clients ask.

Daily we monitor the production program, qualitative, dimensional and quantitative. In the end we make the checking: reg. quantity and quality of every order. We fill out the final AQL, make the packing list and we return the trims to the clients.

Also we can find all the assesories for the client and the transport company
