Café snack bar over looking the best beach in Thassos.

The café has seating for up to 40, serving breakfast, sandwiches, toasties, salads, pasta dishes and evening specials, As well as food the café is licensed to sell alcohol. There is also a good take-a-away trade especially for coffee and sandwiches for the beach.

The Café is situated approximately 20 metres from the beach, next to the only motor rent and taxi rank in the resort. There are many hotels, studios, and apartments in the area as well as an official campsite. There are a good selection of bars, tavernas, and restaurants and the café snack bar is the only snack bar for approximately 500metres with easy access to and from the beach.

Although the current owners mainly cater for the British, Dutch, and German tourists the café is also very popular with Greeks, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish holiday makers

The summer season currently runs from May to October with a good steady trade from 9am through to approximately 11pm. The café can be managed between two people with out need for extra staff.

The café has also had a good trade during the winter with locals and other expats.

Below the café is a large storeroom and living accommodation comprising of lounge/kitchen, bedroom and shower room.

The current owners are happy to provide training and support to the new owners if required.

Sorry for the delay in replying but I have been away for a few days and have only just got back.

The Business in Golden Beach on the east side of the island

The Business includes everything listed plus a lot more other items ie tables and chairs large umbrella and stand for outside, a heating system for use in the winter months if open. Telephone and ASDL internet connection also available. The asking price does not include the building as this is leased(monthly rent includes the living accomodation and is very reasonable for the area). The business was established in Approx 1998 and fully operational and is currently open and trading. The living accomodation comprises of open-plan kitchen and lounge, with separate bedroom with en-suite showerroom and toilet.
