Grenadians Supported the Iraq war!
Ronald (70.241.75.90) -
Last evening, my friend and I got into a discussion about the US invasion of Iraq. To my amazement, he told me that a survey was done in grenada and about 70% of grenadians supported Bush. I called him a liar so he kicked me out his house. I have never heard such crap..... I don't care to break bread with him again. Happy trails to you and Bush!!! Trackbacks

grenadians do not and will not support the world police in destroying the world, in what the us sees as their god given right to kill innocent people. We still remember what bush senior and regan did to us in 83'. Tell the fool to shut up because he probably don't remember the bomings. I do my house got bomed and one of my sister's got injured.

Well, well, I am from England but grew up in Grenada and am looking to go back one day very soon, but to hear the people of that land support such killings makes me think I may be better off here. From my point of view the USA have a lot to answer for, I don't know who made them the owners of the Earth,to the point where they think they can speak for me.

Well well...I stumbled into this little soire' quite unintentionally trying to research something else completely.I tried to ignore it but, being from the U.S., I simply couldn't. A recent trip by my brother to the lovely nation of Grenada was enlightening. He told me that, much to his surprise, residents there revered President Regan for the '83 conflict, (Jacqui's above opinion notwithstanding). Then I found your posts. How faddishly insulting you are, just like the rest of the sheep. Reading the postings above by you guys, , , well, , , I'm wondering if maybe you wankers (is that the appropriate British term?) would've been happier with the Cubans, generous and open-minded philanthropists that they are.

I am from Grenada and currently reside in the US. I was 10 when Bishop overthrew th government and with mine own eyes saw Castro driving through the street waving his hand to onlookers. I was visiting my cousins in Vendom (I hope I spelled it right) who lived close to the road which leads from the airport to town. I also remember our teen-aged boys being killed by getting caught up in the fighting; for which they had no idea of the reason. Just the other day I told my kids about how we had to all be inside by 6 pm in the evening and how the soldiers were parading the streets to make sure no one broke curfew. I you think that is what the Grenadian people want then I'm certainly happy not to be there. As humans, we tend to ignore evil if it will cause us to step out of our comfort zone or bring some sort of inconvenience to our lives. That is cowardly. I for one am glad that there are the Bushes and the Regans who look evil right in the face and say come on. Please conside to yourself if Bishop had his way if you could be free to speak your dumb mind right now.
