Hello Mr.Pascall,

I am sadden and disappointed in hearing what you had to

say about the conditions in Grenada now.

I had the privilege to visit Grenada in the late

1990's. I took the time to finish a thesis for

grad work for a university in Illinois.

Maybe it was my naivete or my isolation or maybe the times have changed the demographics. I have been planning to return there and maybe spend my remining years there.

I have a small annual income but feel I am still able to work and supplement my income.

I am a Black male with a degree and wonder what you may recommend as to my thoughts of returning to Grenada. P.S.I have spent some time in Belize and found it acceptable.
