I planed to retire in my homeland,after several visits;my dreams began to fade,i could not believe the greed and con reckless behavoir of our people. I purchase some land to develop build a home etc.After three builders, i decided that i was wrong about my homeland.Corruption is widespread.I retired twelve years from the us govt. Presently am teaching.Considering Panama,Belize or Virgin Isl.to build.This sort of behavoir is keeping hundreds of Grenadions from returning.
