I just moved here from the bay area to join to friends in a new life on this wonderful island and am wondering what the artist community is like here and would like to see what is going on in the way of art. I went looking for some supplies and had a bit of a time finding any- would love to know where to buy supplies. Would also just like to meet and talk with other artists.

I am interested in learning about a local artist name David Sablan from Yigo. If any pictures posted from him, I am interested in buying some of his paintings. If you have any information, I really appreciate a response.

Check out Guam Gallery of Art in the Chamorro Village, Hagatna, and talk to Mr.Fil Alcon, ph# 472-9659. A lot of local artists' work is exhibited there.

Hi! to everyone. I jsut move in here in Guam 10 days ago (from PALAU) and wonder about about the arist community around here.
I'm an artist and art instuctor as well. I'd like to meet artist and interested artist as well and any information about the art exhibit here in Guam.
