Middle aged surfer from Oahu North Shore -

I'd like to retire 1/2 year in Panama mountains and half here. Have a 1 bdrm condo 1/2 block from some great surf. I also have a two bedrrom condo I wish to keep. Great spot!! Surf in my back yard is uncrowded and walking distance. Condo with pool/sauna and 1/2 block to a great bus line. Would like to trade for a Panama mountain home or cottage.
